When the restaurant was almost ready, Phillip flew to Thailand and interviewed 300 Thai chefs, after which he picked the best three.
The menu consists of main dishes based on Green Curry, Red Curry, Massaman Curry and my favorite, the Yellow Curry. There is a wide range of dessert too.
The sea food section includes salmon, crab, lobster and prawns. There is also a vegetarian menu.
